My Approach to Helping

I founded Mindful Wellness of Arizona in 2017, with the mission of providing person-centered and solution-based holistic and natural therapy. I am committed to cultivating collaborative relationships with families and individuals to offer a personalized journey to emotional wellness. At Mindful Wellness of Arizona, we are passionate about community work, and about supporting growth and maximizing potential.

More Info About My Practice

I am licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) and have been trained to offer a variety of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Perinatal and Postpartum Mood Disorders, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Comprehensive Energy Psychology (CEP), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support wellness, growth, and healing. I have a desire to create a solution focused and person centered natural and holistic approach to therapy. I am dedicated to developing meaningful partnerships with individuals and families in order to provide a personalized journey towards emotional wellness. Additionally, I am proud ally to the LGBTQ+ community and am excited to now offer Gender Affirming Surgery (transition surgery) and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) evaluation and letter writing services, following the WPath standards of care and using the Gender ASSET evaluation tool.
