My Approach to Helping

Struggling with intense emotions, societal pressures, traumatic experiences, or family challenges? Looking for a place where you can just be yourself without feeling judged or misunderstood? Whether you're grappling with tough emotions, navigating your identities in an unwelcoming world, or just feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to help. You don't have to face these challenges alone, we can work together to navigate your feelings, find coping strategies that work for you, and strengthen your resilience. Let's work to create a space for you to grow, heal, and be your authentic self!

Together, we’ll explore how trauma, identity, relationships, societal barriers, and daily struggles impact you. We’ll discuss your experiences, navigate challenges, and find what resonates with you in a way that feels meaningful and empowering.

I’m not just here as a therapist, I’m here as a queer woman living with chronic pain and illnesses, and an avid learner who is constantly growing alongside my clients. I know firsthand that life doesn’t come with a manual, and it can feel overwhelming at times. But together, we can find a way forward. If this resonates with you, let’s connect!

More Info About My Practice

My Role as a Therapist

As a therapist, I see myself as both a guide and a mirror--someone who holds space with warmth, curiosity, and non-judgment, while also gently challenging clients to reflect, grow, and take accountability when needed. My role is to meet people exactly where they are, honoring their autonomy and the complexity of their intersecting identities.

I center each client's values, goals, and lived experiences, while also helping them critically examine beliefs or behaviors that may be causing harm. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship rooted in trust, mutual respect, and the belief that healing and transformation are always possible.

My role is not to fix people, but to walk alongside them, to witness, support, and at times challenge--in service of their growth. I aim to be the kind of therapist who sees the whole person, understands the systems they navigate, and holds a deep commitment to justice, liberation, and love.
