Hello! Welcome to the first step in making change. I hope that you're proud of yourself for being here. I am a firm believer that therapy should be a safe and empathic space for exploring, healing, and feeling. I'm happy to offer that to each of my patients. Whether your goal is to take small steps to improve your overall wellbeing or work towards large life changes, I would love to join you in your journey.
I have extensive experience working with diverse patients and I offer a variety of counseling services to adolescents and adults experiencing mood disorders, trauma, adjustment issues and other mental health concerns. My favorite part of being a therapist is helping folks see that they are strong, capable, and worthy, regardless of their circumstances.
In my free time, I love to read, practice yoga and do my best to keep up with my three young kids. I'm now scheduling patients in person in Lexington and via telehealth all over the state of Kentucky.
