I am an LCSW and have been working in the mental health field for the last 15 years in various roles. I’ve spent much of my therapy career with adults in crisis, serious mental illness, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and substance/alcohol abuse. My approach is person-centered and trauma-centered, multi-modal, pulling predominantly from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused.
