My Approach to Helping
We all need support and direction at times. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to discuss your concerns in order to change your life for the better.
I consider myself an existential therapist who also uses cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness tools to help you learn skills to reduce unhelpful thoughts and behaviors while feeling more fulfilled in your life. You will find that I’m non-judgmental, warm, and honest so you feel supported and cared for. We will develop clear goals to accomplish together so our time is spent productively.
I have extensive knowledge and practice working with those suffering from depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsion (OCD), grief, trauma and posttraumatic stress (PTSD), and relationship concerns. I am certified in Managing and Adaptive Practices (MAP) and trained in trauma-focused CBT.
I look forward to working with you!
