Identify as being part of the LGBTQIA+ community? Transgender and looking for a Gender Therapist? If you would like to reduce negative feelings like stress, anxiety or depression and increase positive ones like happiness, meaning or purpose in life, and living an integrated authentic life then I'm glad you're here.

Throughout peoples' journeys from folks beginning to explore their identities, to coming out, providing letters to doctors, continuing therapeutic support as potential hormone therapy and surgeries begin, to processing past experiences and possible traumas, I work to provide a safe and positive therapy experience for all clients however they identify.

Many of these individuals found little success in previous therapy sessions or have been unable to resolve their issues on their own. My clients leave therapy in much more positive circumstances. They learn how to conquer their fears, reduce emotional distress, find purpose, strengthen their relationships, and increase their self-worth.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Imagine you had a magic wand and could change your situation. What would you change? Now, I'm not magic, but what if I told you that we could work together to get that result you wanted? That's why we do therapy. It's not about sitting on a couch talking about mothers. It's helping you live the life you want.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

I've been there! I struggled to find a therapist that I was a good fit with. It was TOUGH going through three different therapists myself before finally finding THE ONE who I clicked with. It was literally life changing. I get the struggle and I'm committed to making sure we are a good fit for each other or helping you find someone who is a good fit for you so you receive the best care you can!
