My Approach to Helping
Depression and anxiety as a result of stress are common issues in the contemporary world. I know it because I have eleven years of work experience in counselling and psychotherapy. I work with a wide range of issues, such as trauma, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, divorce, relationship crisis, communication troubles, low self-esteem, problems of adaptation and grief.
I am proficient in CBT, narrative therapy, transactional analysis technics, art therapy, psychoanalysis and coaching. I believe that helping people live their best life is my way to live my own best life.
