Welcome! My name is Dr. Abby Conway, and I enjoy helping women overcome challenging life circumstances, whether related to traumatic pasts, reproductive challenges, adjusting to parenthood, or parenting. Although my approach varies depending upon the person, I generally find that most people need some time developing coping skills prior to facing their struggles head on. For this reason, we spend time assessing the situation, identifying your goals for how you want your life to look, developing a strategic game plan, build mindfulness, relaxation, and self-soothing skills, and working collaboratively to confront the challenges.
