I am a licensed mental health counselor with 20 years of experience working with clients with a variety of concerns. I received my Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. I have experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. As a mental health therapist my goal is to bring a safe, supportive and mindful presence to your current experience, allowing you to cultivate self-acceptance, self-compassion and the ability to notice distressing events without reacting. This type of kind inquiry is a good way to “face our stuff”. I use a variety of treatment approaches which are all client-centered and rooted in the science of compassion, mindfulness and acceptance.
