My Approach to Helping
Life often presents us with challenges and changes that can impact our mental health. When this happens, we may need both guidance and encouragement. Jennifer Townsend believes in providing a warm, safe, encouraging, and empowering space to process life’s challenges and changes. She invites clients to utilize their personal strengths as they navigate through those challenges and reach their goals. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to guide and encourage them as they begin to build the life they want for themselves. Jennifer feels honored to experience and be a part of the healing and growing process with her clients.
