My approach to the work of therapy is client-centered. I firmly believe that every person is already whole; therapy is the process of rediscovering and uncovering that inherent wholeness. My personal philosophy and framework that I hold is informed by my practice and study of mindfulness-based embodiment. I view therapy as the space we come together as therapist and client, the place in which your experience can be safely explored. Through therapy, you can come to discover your inherent capacities, gifts, and truest self.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I'm particularly gifted at working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, as well as clients who face patterns of disordered eating. I've had years of deep study of the body through yoga, meditation, energy work, Ayurvedic theory, and indigenous healing practices. All of these come to bear in how I work, the philosophical groundwork I use to hold the container in the room. Women of all ages tend to find me particularly relatable; however, I am most compatible with any person who wants to truly come to know him or herself and is deeply committed to their own path of healing and wholeness.
