I believe people are wired for relationships. They help shape us, grow us, and are the vehicle for the most amazing and life-changing experiences we will ever know. But whether you are dating, married, raising children, or dealing with family issues, doing relationship well is not easy.

Day in and day out, it is my joy and privilege to support and encourage couples and families through the normal and not so normal struggles of life. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my unique training and experience allows me to serve you with expertise.

Whether you are a couple struggling to make your relationship work, a couple preparing for marriage, a family in the thick of it with new kids, or you have years of experience under your belt, I want to work with you to figure out how you trust, joy, and passion can be restored to your relationship.

Families are faced with countless challenges as they raise kids the best they are able. Many parents bring their middle school and high school students in for counseling to find the right kind of support and intervention their family is needing. I strive to work with your family's schedule and tailor services to meet your child's specific needs.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Sexual Addiction Recovery

A healthy sexual life is one that promotes trust, respect, and joy. But many people get stuck in sexual behavior that is not healthy and often destructive for themselves or others. Sexual addiction is characterized by out-of-control (compulsive) sexual behavior with marked consequences. This can be anything from porn or cybersex, to serial relationships, to sexual abuse, infidelity, or more. This can even affect adolescents as well as adults and their loved ones.

Many individuals struggling to stop or contain their sexual addiction have grown to believe they are beyond repair or help. But simply seeking help is a step in the right direction. If you recognize that you have a problem, consider calling Holland Family Counseling for professional help. You are not alone, and with our expertise and training, we can together find a way out of the addiction and restore your life and relationships. Overcoming sexual addiction is all but impossible without treatment and recovery.

We offer services that can meet your needs and the needs of those affected by sexual addiction.

My Role as a Therapist

I am curious; I am open; I am accepting; and I enter every meeting with heart of thankfulness that I love the people I get to work with.
