We all experience difficulties in our lives. My goal is to help you replace stress, anxiety, and sadness with joy and improved relationships. In over 30 years of practice, I have brought compassion, respect and knowledge to helping others discover a more joyful life.

If you are a victim/survivor of trauma/abuse I can help you feel more in charge of your life and your emotions. I am skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, which has been shown to be a powerful tool in eliminating the effects of trauma.

If you are having relationship issues, I have expertise and genuine interest in helping you regain your appreciation and respect for one another, increase your feelings of love, and improve communications.

I truly believe that you have the inner strength and wisdom to have the life you want to have. In our work together, I will help you tap into that wisdom and develop it further.
