I am trained as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to help people improve their relationships by learning skills that most of us were never taught. As a communication expert, I teach people to speak and listen effectively, to resolve conflict, and to master the art of win-win negotiation.
Consulting with an objective person about life, emotions, and life's work is a powerful tool to creating your joy-filled life. I am trained to help people find out what they love to do, to discover their natural gifts and talents and teach them how to take the steps to create their dream work or business.

I get excited about my life's work when I can assist people with their relationships and their life's work. I have found that creativity is a major part of the process of re-discovering joy and meaning in life. As a therapist who specializes in Expressive Arts Therapy I teach people to re-awaken their creativty to help them problem solve, move ahead, and transform their lives.

The therapeutic relationship provides a safe and compassionate place to change ineffective emotional and relational patterns. I place an emphasis on warmth and compassion while gently challenging ineffective ways of relating or living life. My goal is to help each client move forward to the life and the relationships they want.
