I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for individuals to explore their conflicts and barriers to growth. My core philosophy evolves from a deep interest in the object-relations/ attachment and trauma models. My nursing background has greatly influenced my practice in the integration of mind-body experiences, since our bodies often reflect our psychological/emotional pain. The patient's self-determination holds primary importance in my approach to psychotherapy. It is essential for the individual to develop a trusting relationship with me and the process to move toward a positive outcome identified by the patient.
