Ronald G. Nathan, Ph.D. is a psychologist in private practice and an award-winning, former Professor at Albany Medical College. Dr. Nathan's practice was profiled in "The Best of Albany," published in the Metroland newsweekly. Dr. Nathan also co-authored Stress Management: A Comprehensive Guide to Wellness (2004) which was a Book-of-the-Month Club selection. Dr. Nathan's work has been featured in Men's Health, Cosmopolitan, and Total Health for Men. Dr. Nathan served as an Associate Editor of the American Journal of Health Promotion for eight years. Since 1998, he has contributed and updated the "Stress" entry for The World Book Encyclopedia. Most recently, Dr. Nathan created the self-help, 2-CD program, The FAST Technique for Stress Relief (2008) ( www.relaxfastforfree.com )
