My Approach to Helping
Most of us experience times in our lives when we need a little help. Whether it be challenges with relationships, a painful past, an uncertain future, or a brief crisis; the insight and support of a trained professional can be extremely useful. Taking the first step towards beginning therapy is definitely the hardest, but it is also half the battle. Once you have made the commitment to making change in your life, everything else falls into place.
I believe strongly that the more people know about themselves, the more authentic and satisfying a life they can live. I help individuals and couples create lives that are true to who they really are.
