Visiting this page is your first step! I'm an independently licensed psychotherapist and owner of a private practice, located in both East Greenwich & North Providence, RI. My approach is upfront, honest, and science-based. I believe in finding patterns of behavior in your life and drawing your attention to these patterns. In order to move forward and make progress, I believe in using the principles of neuropsychology and other science-based approaches to make realistic and sustainable change for you. Ultimately, the sessions are yours and yours only. You entirely decide the direction of our sessions - even if I suggest we go in a different direction.
