I know that taking the first step is often the most difficult and I appreciate the courage it takes to find a therapist and begin therapy. I help clients develop understanding through compassionate, empathic listening, thoughtful questions and genuine feedback. My approach is collaborative and my goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, build coping skills and find the strength to meet difficult life challenges.
