My Approach to Helping
I'm a clinical psychologist who has worked extensively with individuals, couples, and children. As a therapist, I feel it is essential to develop a working alliance with my clients that empowers them in their journey to develop and enhance their lives. In my practice, I aim to create an environment where clients feel validated and accepted, while still being motivated and supported in their power to develop themselves fully.

Helping people to develop a fuller sense of who they really are, what matters to them, and what lights them up allow me to support them in overcoming barriers that keep them from achieving the lives they want to lead.

By breaking the patterns that were adaptive in their past but are now interfering with them achieving their goals, people can learn to overcome obstacles that are getting in the way of their relationships, careers, and personal goals. Combating destructive thought processes that interfere with these achievements is an essential part of this approach and a key step in becoming the people we seek to be.
