My Approach to Helping
I help couples communicate better and care about each other more. I interact with a couple showing them ways to more deeply understand each other. I teach a couple how to reduce conflict using mutual respect. My goal is to help couples make positive changes that work for both partners.

Working with individuals, I help clients feel accepted and valued. I draw on clients' strengths. We work together to find solutions which respect their values and lifestyle. My goal is to help clients find a genuine expression of themselves.
