Pragmatist Approach and Philosophically oriented Transactional Coaching Method By Heitor M Quintella, DSc Summary Based on a critical rationality focus and emotion values management techniques this method can be summarized in 12 steps namely: Anamnesis, Transactional Diagnostic, Issue Spotting, Philosophical and Cultural Scanning, Group Dynamics, Active Reading, Group Discussion, Counselling, Personal Strategic Plan Development, Plan Control Follow-on Sessions, Reinforcement Sessions (with Advanced Group Dynamics). The most important part Issue Spotting - is also divided into four Phases(12 steps): Planning, Fact Finding, Analysis, Conclusion. Fundamentals of action are Empowerment, Freedom, Peer collaboration, Cultural Flexibility.

Since 1976 keeping a private practice Prof Dr Quintella has helped more than 200 clients in processes lasting from one to two years run time and an average 70 hours face time per client.
