Description

Finding yourself rooted firmly in the middle stages of life, as a woman, can come with a host of challenges. Perhaps you find yourself taking care of aging/dying parents and raising children, all while working to keep your career on track. Next thing you know, perimenopause and menopause come knocking at your door and disrupt any tentative grasp you had on the circumstances of your life. Juggling all of this can create tensions or distance in your romantic relationship and even your friendships. What if you gifted yourself an hour and a half each week to meet with a group of other women who are struggling through the challenges of this phase of life? Michelle Lask, LMHC, and Sarah Noel, LMHC-D, have decades of experience working with women who have shared these common themes, and we are excited to offer a group so that women can provide support and resources to each other in a safe, therapeutic setting.
