Tame Your Mind is a supportive space for women struggling with overthinking, relentless negative self-talk, people pleasing, perfectionism, and strained relationships. Join us to connect with others to help calm your mind, quiet the inner critic, and feel less alone. Women who have a history of complex trauma may find this group particularly beneficial. The next session of Tame Your Mind is for women 37 years old and above. It is an 11-week virtual group, and it is open to women anywhere in Florida, Utah, Vermont, and Wisconsin. Some insurances accepted, or $50/session.
