With over 15 years of experience in providing healing support, Jenny integrates art therapy, compassion inquiry, and somatic therapy in her sessions. Jenny operates her private practice, JK Somatic Therapy, LLC, and her coaching business, The Approachable Healer, located in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. During the workshop, Jenny will guide you through a guided imagery exercise designed to help you slow down and recognize your internal resources.
