Description

An open, donation-based group. Come as you are and give your presence. Men have a challenge that is unique to the male experience. Gathering together in a space where that experience can be related to on a deep level is impactful, supportive, and healing. We need to assist each other in feeling our pain, acknowledging and owning our shortcomings, celebrating our progress, efforts, and transformation. We need to ask for support, and we need to find our true backbone in the integrity of our hearts.

I started facilitating men's groups in June 2024 and was surprised by the impact it had on me. Being able to arrive, sit, and be honest with other men offered me tremendous support, compassion, and camaraderie. There is a huge aspect of experience that we can relate to as men, and being able to share about that experience without fear of being judged or misunderstood is something men need right now. We need to hold space for each other, compassionately point out our blind spots, and deepen our capacity to feel and lead from the heart together.
