Description

This group supports the inner development of men in a structured way, assisting the growth of mental-emotional awareness, communication, self-compassion, and emotional stability. By learning and practicing mental/emotional skills, you will feel more empowered and capable of meeting new and old life challenges with more clarity and calmness. The support of an all-men's affinity group offers the experience of being understood at a core level, which is rare outside of an all-men space. We can create a community of acknowledgement, respect, and encouragement together as we grow towards something meaningful. ** Most insurances are accepted, self-pay rate is sliding scale from $400 - $700 for the 8 weeks.

I started facilitating men's groups in June 2024 and was surprised by the impact it had on me. Being able to arrive, sit, and be honest with other men offered me tremendous support, compassion, and camaraderie. There is a huge aspect of experience that we can relate to as men, and being able to share about that experience without fear of being judged or misunderstood is something men need right now. We need to hold space for each other, compassionately point out our blind spots, and deepen our capacity to feel and lead from the heart together.
