Sometimes talking things out can be the best therapy as you finally have someone who will not just listen but also hear what you are saying. There is so much value in being heard! I am also here to walk with you through discovering your responses to past incidents in your life and helping you to heal the root so the behavior that is undesirable will disappear.
While many things can be worked on in session, sometimes there is a work that also needs to be done out of session. this is part of your healing journey.
