My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling to manage the stress of a new transition such as becoming a new parent, a career change or even making new friends as an adult? Having trouble getting out there and meeting new people andor friends? Do you struggle to trust people and have healthy relationships? Or maybe you experience a traumatic incident that's is hard to move past? I'd like to work with you to help!
I truly believe in respect for the individual and providing services that reflect that. I approach each person with genuine curiosity because no two people are the same. In fact, I believe that you are the expert on your life and I'm here to assist you in noticing behaviors and patterned responses to your life from an outside view.
Our work together would help build connections and an understanding of how your life experiences have shaped you to become the person you are now. I'd help you to listen to your body and understanding what is telling you about how you feel and respond to stressful situations. We'd work to build healthy response patterns to use in all areas of your life.
