Stefanie is the Founder + Executive Director of A Bucket For The Well, LLC; a multidisciplinary creative health + healing collaborative offering trauma-informed care + culturally affirming creative wellness services to BIPOC communities and BIPOC birthing families of color across their perinatal, birthing + postpartum journey in the Greater Boston area. Stefanie's work propels intersectional socio-cultural dialogues that center the BIPOC experience within communities of color along with elevating racial equity, intergenerational perinatal mental health legacies, trauma + healing along with anti-oppressive approaches to perinatal + birth justice.

A Bucket For The Well, LLC, is a multidisciplinary creative health + healing collaborative founded by Stefanie D. Belnavis, BC-DMT, LMHC, offering trauma-informed care, diversity-informed care and culturally affirming creative wellness and perinatal services to persons who identify within the Black Diaspora BIPOC communities, and, birthing families of color across their perinatal, birthing, and postpartum journey in the Greater Boston area. Our collaborative's grounding mission centers the body as being the root to self-healing, and we are committed to the empowerment and liberation of one’s creative self as a core therapeutic bucket within one’s WELL:ness practice.
