I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified coach for professionals like you, who feel like they are burned out, anxious or depressed.
I have experience treating adult individuals of all ages, in various settings over the past 12 years. I now specialize in telehealth, to help you develop coping skills for chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and various life transitions.
I utilize various solution-focused approaches in therapy, to improve your life and work daily. I find the following 3 approaches very helpful for improving mindset, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Therapeutic Journal Writing, and Self-Determination Theory.
