My Approach to Helping
I truly believe that everyone deserves to live their most happy and healthy life. From my personal journey of searching for therapists and counselors that just time and time again did not fit my needs, I really like to take a personalized approach with my clients. What works for you, might not work for someone else, and vice versa.
I like to view therapy as if it were strength training for the mind. It is impossible to jump right into lifting 400 lbs. on your first day. We have to start small and train our minds and hearts to lift the heavier things life has thrown at us. But, those things can be lifted. There is healing in the feeling.
