My Approach to Helping
Every once in a while we all need to check in to see where we are mentally; Are we as sharp as we want to be? Are we as healthy mentally as we would like to be? Well, that is exactly why therapy works and something that everyone should do at least once in their lifetime. Therapy is about wellness. Similar to getting annual physicals, therapy can be a "mental health" check up.
As your therapist, we will explore your mental health habits and determine what's working for you and what's not. Together, we will make sure that you meet your full potential and be as mentally well (and Healthy) as you can possibly be. I look forward to being your "flashlight".
