I am a licensed clinical social worker. I believe that each person is the expert in their life, and I strive to meet each person where they are with no judgment and no preconceived ideas. Counseling is not about labeling problems. Instead, it is about finding solutions and coping mechanisms. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families presented with a variety of issues, with a passion for geriatric mental health. The decision to begin therapy can be life-changing and takes great courage, and I will be here to help you every step of the way. I am passionate about my work and abilities to help others reach their full potential.
