As an integrative depth therapist, I use a unique blend of holistic modalities for you to reduce

I offer MindBody (psychosomatic) practices that regulate your central nervous system so that you may find safety and stability in your mind and body. My holistic techniques will help establish a sense of security in your environment and relationships. I have helped clients heal from child abuse, neglect, incest, sexual abuse, religious trauma, and emotional trauma. I have been told by clients that my energy is grounding and calming.
