My Approach to Helping
Whether you are experiencing emotional distress or a conflicted relationship, connecting with a counselor will absolutely help! I work with individuals and couples. My specialty areas include PTSD, depression, anxiety, parenting, emotional eating/eating disorders, behavior management relationship challenges, improving communication, gaining and maintaining personal power and increasing self-esteem/self-worth.
Additionally, one of my specialties is Health Counseling, which is designed to help you change the behaviors that contribute to health challenges. Start taking better care of yourself by working through the underlying emotions and ways of thinking that are making it difficult for you too change unhealthy behaviors.
