Additionally, one of my specialties is Health Counseling, which is designed to help you change the behaviors that contribute to health challenges. I am able to accept a number of different insurances. My sessions prices are $80-$100 per session, but I do offer a sliding scale. Please feel free to call with questions.

I have a lot of experience working with people who have experienced a variety of trauma, which can include spousal abuse, sexual abuse, physical abuse and emotional abuse. Trauma can often times leave people feeling very powerless. I work with them to help them reclaim their power and reclaim their lives.

Outside of trauma, my focus is to help my clients understand themselves better, and to reclaim their personal power.
