My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping clients is to simply listen to your story, in your words, and together explore what might be keeping you stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, negative thoughts, and self-sabotaging behavior. Everyone's experiences and stories are different, but we often learn false beliefs about ourselves and the world based on past negative experiences and situations. My goal as a therapist is to help you learn new ways to cope with feelings, thoughts, and stressors. I firmly believe it is possible to replace unhealthy habits and ultimately heal from any type of trauma or painful past.
