My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping clients is to simply listen to your story, in your words, and together explore what might be keeping you stuck in reliving the " bad" parts without realizing it. I help client's challenge their inner critic, challenge self -defeating beliefs, and adopt new mindsets, thoughts, and coping strategies that will propel them towards a happier more satisfying life. Everyone's life story is different, but we often learn false beliefs about ourselves and the world based on past negative experiences and situations. My goal as a therapist is to help you learn new ways to cope with challenging situations, replace unhealthy habits and heal from trauma.
