My Approach to Helping
We all face challenges at times, and having a supportive and caring person to help you through that journey can make all the difference. I understand that starting the therapeutic process can be a daunting prospect and I applaud you for taking this first step. A good rule is to give yourself a chance to find a good fit, utilizing a “give it three times” concept. I look forward to the prospect of meeting with you, accompanying you on a journey of personal growth, and guiding you on your truest path.
I spent over 16 years working with individuals, children, teenagers, and families in a variety of different settings. I am driven to help individuals navigate life’s difficulties by setting goals and offering alternative solutions. It would be an honor to guide and support you with life transitions using a solution-oriented and strengths-based approach.
