My Approach to Helping
I’m grateful to offer in-person sessions at my Morgan Hill office, where I provide a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. As a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with tweens, teens, and young adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), adjustment issues, family conflict, and grief.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. I work collaboratively with both parents and teens to ensure your family receives the support and tools needed to reduce symptoms and improve emotional well-being.
I focus on building a strong, trusting relationship with each client and helping teens gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and strengths. Together, we work to empower their inner voice and develop healthy coping strategies that support long-term growth and resilience.
My hope is that every client leaves our sessions feeling heard, understood, and above all—hopeful. Every child deserves a joyful, fulfilling life, and I’m here to help make that possible. To accommodate your family’s needs, I currently offer face-to-face sessions in my Morgan Hill office.
