What's My Approach to Therapy?
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. I work collaboratively with both parents and teens to ensure your family receives the support and tools needed to reduce symptoms and improve emotional well-being.
I focus on building a strong, trusting relationship with each client and helping teens gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and strengths. Together, we work to empower their inner voice and develop healthy coping strategies that support long-term growth and resilience.
My hope is that every client leaves our sessions feeling heard, understood, and above all—hopeful. Every child deserves a joyful, fulfilling life, and I’m here to help make that possible.
