My psychotherapy practice integrates psychoanalytic, trauma-informed, somatic and meditative-based approaches to psychological growth, emotional healing, and spiritual transformation.
Weaving together the wisdom streams of contemplative spirituality, neuroscience, stress physiology, relational, depth and somatic psychotherapy, I assist clients with addressing depression, anxiety and fear, grief, trauma, family of origin and attachment issues, relationship difficulties, existential crisis’, self-doubt, forgiveness and other psychological issues.
My Therapy Focus
It takes time for our life experiences to be digested, processed and fully integrated. Psychotherapy is an invitation to release both the pain of the past and fear of the future, while strengthening our capacity to meet life's challenges with a balanced mind and compassionate, resilient heart. Over time, our life experiences become important teachers that tie the outer events of our life into inner growth.
