My Approach to Helping
You're longing for more calm, clarity and freedom from anxiety. You're craving better communication with your partner and more closeness in your relationships. You sense it's time for a change you're not sure where to start. You want to regain peace after loss, trauma, and pain. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, encouragement, and a healthy dose of challenge. It is my greatest honor to take part in your journey, believing you already have within you everything needed to heal, transform, thrive.
My specialities include treating trauma, grief and loss, women's issues, and chronic illness & chronic pain using an integrative approach to healing. I view you as a whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My work involves mind-body techniques, expressive art, aromatherapy, EMDR, internal parts work, and more. I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner of 18 years and love teaching my clients how to Tap!
