My Approach to Helping
It is my greatest honor to take part in your journey, believing you already have within you everything needed to heal, transform, thrive. Together, we will engage in meaningful work that will help you to do just that: embody new ways of thinking and being to help you heal the past and lead a life with more clarity, calm, and emotional freedom.
I work primarily with adults. My specialities include treating traumaPTSD, grief and loss, women's issues, and chronic illness using an integrative approach to mental health. I view you as a whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My work involves mind-body approaches, expressive art, aromatherapy, EMDR, family of origin healing, parts work, and more. I am also an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner of 18 years and love teaching my clients how to Tap!
