At Steps, we are dedicated to guiding and supporting individuals who are striving for a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle and/or who are seeking recovery. Our mission is to empower you to take the necessary steps towards achieving overall well-being and personal growth.
At Steps, you will never be faced with dreaded long wait times just to be rushed through your appointment, many times forgetting to ask important questions or communicate other concerns. We've all experienced that right? It made me feel unimportant. How did it make you feel?
At Steps, my goal is for you to feel like you're my only patient all the time. My mission is to empower you to take the necessary steps towards achieving overall well-being and personal growth.
What should you expect? During the initial consultation, we will spend about 45 minutes to 1 hour together, depending on your needs. From there, I will create a plan of care that is person-centered; yes, that means centered around you!
From there are many different paths such as functional and behavioral health approaches, physical therapy, and much more! I'm here to take those first Steps with you. You're not alone. Wellness and vitality are waiting for you here.
