My Approach to Helping

Feeling overwhelmed? Dealing with heartbreak, grief, anxiety, anger? My goal is to explore these areas with you and find your way forward with a clearer sense of who you are. One of the most important sources in this process are your feelings and emotions. So much of what we do is a distraction or an activity to ward off difficult feelings. Psychotherapy is available to support you in connecting with difficult emotions. Once you are able to explore these emotions within yourself, you can heal wounds, free up your energy and find more joy and a sense of wellbeing.

More Info About My Practice

Current neuroscience has identified what is called the neuroplasticity of the brain or the brains ability to change. Don’t get stuck where you are by a voice that tells you this is just the way things are. Studies have shown how psychotherapy, meditation, and other similar activities can change the brain. New connections develop, and grow to create new feelings of emotional wellbeing. These changes can even reduce physical pain and increase creativity. Call me today.
