I am trained in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, with 29 years of counseling experience. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults, and also have experience working with couples. When helping individuals process trauma, it is essential to teach effective coping strategies that expand their window of tolerance. Teaching emotional regulation is a vital component of healthy communication, stress management, and trauma recovery. I help clients explore their emotional wounds, personalities, and temperaments, and how these elements intersect to impact their lives.
