My Approach to Helping
I am not the kind of therapist who won’t offer an opinion, and will just ask you “And how does that make you feel?” I’m a lot more hands-on than that, while still allowing for flexibility and personal choice. You will find me to be direct and goal-oriented, while still being empathetic and kind. I allow space for my clients to progress at their own pace, while still holding them accountable to themselves and their goals. I want to help you become the best possible version of yourself, as defined by you and no one else. Come to me if you feel like you’re not where you want to be in life, if you feel like no one understands you, or like you might not even understand yourself. If you have goals that you’re frustrated you’re not reaching, or if you’re not even sure what your goals are and you just know that you’re not happy with your life, I’ll help you figure it all out one step at a time.
