My Approach to Helping
You may be in a phase of life where something feels off—a disconnect or strain in your relationships or in yourself. Maybe you’ve been longing for something real and meaningful and haven’t found it yet. Our relationships, even the one we have with ourselves, shape how we love, trust, and connect. While they can be complex and challenging—especially when we don’t know how to navigate them—they can also become empowering once we learn to understand and nurture them. Whether you're stuck in old patterns or craving intimacy and connection with your partner, I offer a space where we’ll gently unpack what’s no longer working.
Our work will be through a relational lens—collaborative and systemic, where we’ll slow things down, sit with the hard and tender parts, and begin to rebuild. We’ll use tools that feel right for you. Good therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all or a quick fix from an app. Healing takes time, care, and patience.
Maybe something here resonated with you. Maybe it’s time for something different. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist trained in Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST) working with couples, families, and individuals. If you’re feeling curious about starting therapy or my approach, schedule a free 20 min consultation to see if this is a good fit for you.
