My Approach to Helping

Are you struggling and not sure how to change your experience? I will support you to explore, grow and transform yourself.

I am a warm, experienced and professional practitioner who will work with you in a confidential one to one setting, to build a trusting relationship. I will listen and empathise so we can develop what you would like for yourself at this stage in your life and what you'd like from your wider relationships, so you can take charge over your experience.

My previous work has been in film, digital media and as a dating consultant. I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients from legal, corporate and the financial sectors to artists, digital and creatives. I enjoy working with creativity, intelligence and purpose, by working with what is present in the room to understand and nurture how you are unique as an individual and then what you’d like to develop for yourself.

I understand the pressures that work, family and relationships can place on us and the importance of how we manage our experience within these parts of our life and find a satisfying balance and live with authenticity.

I am also a working mother and have worked with both men and women on the challenges that separationsdivorce, worklife balance and parenthood can bring us.

I bring my warmth, intelligence, integrity and understanding to the work, with a commitment to holding a safe and boundaried space for you and supporting you with your change and growth. If you have any questions about how I could work with you then please call or email me to arrange an initial, exploratory session.
Sessions are for 50 minutes.

More Info About My Practice

I have a proven track record of providing quality professional support and encouraging growth and transformation in my therapy work. Therapy is not about going over and over the past and the things we cannot change and I like to work with purpose so you can define yourself and actively create the life and experience you'd like.

As all my clients are unique, so I work to support your development in response to who you are and what I think will work most effectively in creating long term change and satisfaction.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I've had many jobs, from retail to dating coach. Throughout all of my work, the theme has been human relationships, creativity and purpose. I found my work life unsatisfying till I started working as a therapist. I love being a therapist because of the clients and my utmost respect for the challenge of working on ourselves and making change happen. I also love the creativity of therapeutic work, and the opportunity to go down a different path when one approach doesn't work. I feel privileged to witness and support the transformative work of humans through self-exploration.
