What's My Approach to Therapy?
You're trying to make sense of who you are and how to be that person without guilt or overwhelm. Maybe you or a family member feels stuck between cultures, between expectations, or between who others need you to be and who you actually are. Work pressure, identity questions, family dynamics, or unspoken shame might be weighing you down. You're tired of performing different versions of yourself depending on where you are. You want space to think, feel, and breathe; to stop overthinking and start trusting yourself.
You're not broken. You're just exhausted from pretending, and you're ready to find your way back.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can be real, even if you're still figuring out what that means. I've lived between worlds myself. I understand. I use Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems to help you understand the parts of yourself that adapted to survive difficult situations. We'll untangle stuck patterns, quiet shame, and reconnect you with what matters.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
I've navigated narcissistic relationships myself, so I understand the confusion, self-doubt, and patterns that need unravelling. I've lived between cultures and felt the weight of conflicting expectations. I've stepped into blended family dynamics and the particular challenges of identity questions. These experiences taught me that recovery isn't about following protocols, it's about finding your way back to yourself (which sadly doesn't happen over night).
I know what it feels like to question your own judgment, to perform for others, and to slowly rebuild trust in yourself. This is why I don't offer surface-level support or empty reassurance. You deserve someone who understands the real work it takes, who won't let you hide, and who recognises that your exhaustion from pretending is valid. My journey into my own therapy showed me how confronting uncomfortable truths can lead to profound change. That's what I bring to the work.
