What's My Approach to Therapy?
You’re trying to make sense of who you are and how to be that person without guilt or overwhelm. School or work pressure, family dynamics, or unspoken shame all play a part. If you’re looking for understanding, confidence, and emotional space to breathe and explore, we can work through this together.
Using IFS and Brainspotting, we work through anxiety, overwhelm, trauma responses, and identity confusion. You don’t need to be in crisis to start. I offer a grounded, non-judgemental space to understand your parts, calm your system, and build trust in yourself. If this feels familiar, let’s talk.
Together we explore the parts of you that learned to carry burdens such as pressure, responsibility, or even shame. IFS and Brainspotting help release what’s stuck and reconnect you with what matters. You don’t need to navigate this alone. If you’re ready for change, confidence, and a stronger sense of self, I’m here when you’re ready.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
I've navigated narcissistic relationships myself, so I understand the confusion, self-doubt, and patterns that need unravelling. I've lived between cultures and felt the weight of conflicting expectations. I've stepped into blended family dynamics and the particular challenges of identity questions. These experiences taught me that recovery isn't about following protocols, it's about finding your way back to yourself (which sadly doesn't happen over night).
I know what it feels like to question your own judgment, to perform for others, and to slowly rebuild trust in yourself. This is why I don't offer surface-level support or empty reassurance. You deserve someone who understands the real work it takes, who won't let you hide, and who recognises that your exhaustion from pretending is valid. My journey into my own therapy showed me how confronting uncomfortable truths can lead to profound change. That's what I bring to the work.
