I am an in-network provider for:
Fees: The Initial Evaluation session includes a psychological interview (including a diagnostic interview) and, on occasion, psychological testing. My fee for an Initial Evaluation is $200 for a 60 to 75 minute appointment. A fee of $250 will be charged for diagnostic interviews requiring 90-120 minutes. Most other services are provided at my standard fee of $150 per appointment hour (50 minutes). Services provided at the standard fee include Individual Psychotherapy, Consultations, and Educational Sessions. The fee for couples counseling is $180.00.
Most health insurance policies provide some coverage for mental health treatment. I am an Anthem BC/BS provider and other insurances consider my services "out of network." It is important that you determine exactly what mental health services your policy covers because you (not your insurance company) are ultimately responsible for full payment of fees. If you have questions about coverage, call the plan administrator. As a courtesy, I submit all insurance claims for clients to receive reimbursement.

As a skilled psychologist, I work to help you make positive life changes. I am committed to helping my clients transform unhealthy and hurtful relationship patterns, cope with challenging and stressful events, and manage anxiety and depression. We cannot change the negative experiences of the past, but we can collaborate to understand and resolve your current challenges. If you seek support and guidance to manage a difficult situation, or if you're ready to move forward in a new direction, I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

More Info About My Practice
My treatment approach is integrative, with an emphasis on helping clients gain insight and make behavioral changes. In most cases, I use a combination of psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) methods to help clients understanding themselves, learn healthy coping strategies, and change troublesome behaviors. Thus, we may focus some time on examining patterns in your relationships, thoughts and behaviors and address aspects of your past that may affect your present functioning. My methods promote insight and include active, directive, and educational interventions that focus on resolving problems that you currently face. I am happy to provide additional information about my approach to treatment and I encourage you to ask as many questions as you like. I strive to have a collaborative relationship with my clients in which we work together in a partnership.
