My Approach to Helping

I believe in providing a safe, caring, supportive environment for people to explore personal issues and discover new positive ways to relate to themselves and others. I believe the client is the guide in identifying their own needs and goals, and I enjoy working collaboratively to help them accomplish these goals. I have worked extensively with adolescents, children and families. I specialize in treating trauma, such as sexual/physical abuse, PTSD, Reactive Attachment Disorders and Attention Deficit Disorders. Other areas of expertise include treating depression,anxiety and relationship issues.
